What Influence Flour Mills Design

First of all, let's take the shape design of the flour mills into consideration. At the present time, there are three kinds of shapes: the open type, the semi-closed type and the completely closed type. Our products all adopt completely closed design, that is to say, the whole grinder is arranged in sealed cowling except the fast roller pulley. The advantages of this flour mills design lies in avoiding the disadvantages of the open type and semi-closed type to make the components well protected. Besides, the machine is nice in shape and safe to operate, creating a clean environment for the workshop and improving the working environment for the workers.

 

Then next we think about the rack design in the whole flour mills design. There are three making methods on the rack of flour grinders which are the whole casting, wall and panel assembly and welding wallboard rack. The whole casting rack design has good integrity and stiffness, the quality of the products is stable. However, it's very difficult to do the whole casting which has a high technical standard and high cost.

 

The wall and panel rack has the advantages of small volume, tiny size, convenient manufacturing and low cost which is convenient to arrange other components and achieve the totally closed flour mills design. What's more, it's good to the seriation of flour mills. But, the rack has a bad stiffness, easy to deform and the machining workload will be very big. The welding rack has the advantages of short production cycle, light weight and high finished products' rate. But it needs a high technical requirement. The flour mills will become deformed which have to be made with heat treatment.
