32-80 t/d 6FTFG Model

The 32 to 80 t/d 6FTFG model flour mills are constructed vertically out of steel for efficiency and durability. The mill's sifters are located at the top of the machine, allowing the stock to pass downward through the sifters with the use of gravity rather than exclusively with the use of a pneumatic device. This decreases power consumption and simplifies operation of the machine. To increase the capacity for extraction, KMEC has developed several bearing mills, patented aluminum sifter screens and steel support frames. These innovations allow for the wheat milling processes of the 60 TPD mill to equal that of large-sized plants in quality at a lower cost and with a smaller space requirement.
