FDMW Series Horizontal Scourer
 

Product Introduction:

We make two types of horizontal scourers: the FDMW model and the FDMWA model. These intensive scourers eliminate dust, chaff and beard from kernels while brushing away insects and removing empty kernels and lumps of earth. The machines clean the surface of the wheat and also break mud blocks within before discharging the remainder via the ash outlet. These machines are ideal for first and second round wheat cleaning and do not damage the cereal's integrity. The machines' scouring process is followed by an aspiration channel or air recycling aspirator. This allows the detached impurities to be removed in an orderly fashion from the grain. We have developed the FDMW intensive scourers based on both domestic and foreign techniques, tested in compliance with Chinese wheat standards.
 

FSM Series Intensive Horizontal Wheat Brusher Machine
 

Product Introduction:

The FSM wheat brushing machine combines the functions of a scourer and brushing system, for use as part of the flour mill's cleaning system. It cleans the wheat's surface and breaks accumulated mud for discharge from the ash outlet.
 

Grinding and Brushing Machine

Product Introduction:

The processing methodology is to wipe away the outer epidermis, the outer pericarp, hairs, dust and microbes without hurting the inner pericarp, seed coat, hyaline layer, or aleuron layer to complete the bran. Our engineers have improved this machine dramatically within the las two years, particularly in terms of the ash content which has been lowered to 0.03-0.05%.
