How We Use All Purpose Flour

We all know that flour is milled from different wheat containing different amounts of protein, as a result we get various flour. When we mill harder wheat (like bread flour) which is higher in protein and gluten, we use its flour for crusty breads and yeast-risen products, while for softer wheat (like cake flour) which contains less protein and gluten, we use to make cakes and biscuits, etc.

 

In various kinds of wheat flour type, while all purpose flour is one of them which is suitable for all kinds of recipes.

 

We recommend you use all purpose flour to make cakes, pastries, cookies, muffins, squares & bars, sauces & gravies, breads & rolls, dough and pie crust.

It should be stored in a clean, dry area at temperatures of 16-20 °C and 60% relative humidity.
